It’s all about the first and last panel. Comedy gold. Landon’s run is ridiculous.
Also that face is creepy as hell. Looks like it came from a dystopian fiction where Big Brother is watching.
Yeah that sculpture caught me by surprise the first time I saw it. Very 1984.
This is like when you’re watching a horror flick and some idiot goes off on their own to investigate a noise. You just know something bad’s gonna happen.
No, Scott, no! Don’t let them in your car! By doing so, you’re letting them into your LIFE!
Hah, last panel was exactly my thought when they argued over the window. The pose is fantastic too
Thanks Rok, that pose was inspired by these guys. Best. Villains. Ever.
Why did I not know you were back at this???? Had fun catching up. Are they weekly now? Love the larger format.
Update mondays, sometimes every other.
Wow. I just read the entire archive. I couldn’t stop. I am in love.
Thanks so much for telling us this story; I can’t wait to find out what happens!
Thanks for reading! I’m on a hiatus as I finish writing this story and work on another comic for an exhibition in September, but as soon as that one is under control 2816 is going to be wrapped up.
Hope you check back later!
I also just read all 112 comics, and I have to say, it makes a lot more sense starting from the beginning and going through it than reading backwards (especially the jump to them being in jail–you *need* the backstory!). Oh, and also, of all the people who’ve left comments on your comic, I think I read about half of their comics…I found you from your guest strip on Pea Green Coffee Cup.
Ha ha, yes it makes much more sense when you read it from the beginning.
